Mid-Life and Beyond
They are everywhere, and some of the most special people you will find anywhere. I am referring to the over 1,200 Mid-Life & Beyond Adults here at First Leesburg.
The Mid-Life & Beyond Ministry at FBC is an active one where Adults from age 50 and up are involved each week in ministry and service throughout the church.
There are a variety of programs and ministry opportunities at First Baptist. All designed with the purpose of meeting the various needs for today's Mid-Life & Beyond adults, as well as reaching them for Christ.
Here at First Leesburg we see ourselves as active and motivated to make difference for God in our church, community and throughout the world.
Visitation
Our visitation team meets every Monday at 3:15PM to reach those in the hospitals, nursing homes, and those who have just come home from the hospital. We also reach out to those seniors who have visited our church and are looking for a place of service.
Coffee, Tea & Thee
A monthly program that meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:00AM. This breakfast is filled with a variety of guest, music, fun, laughter and information.
